Our Affiliate Relationships

Claire James Counselling operates an online pokies review website and earns affiliate commissions when you click through our links and sign up with casino operators featured on this site. This means we receive a financial benefit when you use our affiliate links, but you pay no additional cost.

How Commissions Work

We have affiliate relationships with various online casinos and gaming operators. When you click an affiliate link on our website and complete a registration or deposit, we may earn a commission from that operator. These commissions help support the ongoing operation and maintenance of our review site.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We evaluate and rank online pokies sites based on objective criteria including game variety, security, customer support, bonus terms, and user experience. Our reviews reflect our honest assessment regardless of commission potential.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on our site are clearly marked with:

• An "Affiliate Link" or "Sponsored" label
• Disclosure text near the link
• Special formatting or icons where applicable

Legal Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and guidelines from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in Aotearoa New Zealand. We are committed to transparent and honest advertising practices.

Your Responsibility

We encourage you to gamble responsibly. Always:

• Review casino terms and conditions independently
• Set personal betting limits
• Use only licensed, regulated operators
• Contact gambling support services if needed
